There is a DVD lesson for the intermediate and advanced fingerstyle guitar player. It is for the student who feels comfortable with an alternating bass techique and wants to expand and explore ideas in blues and ragtime using more advanced right and left hand techniques.
A variety of musical ideas are offered by the four instrumentals featured in this lesson. Mississippi Blues and Blues For The Mann are piano sounding blues in the key of A. The key of C is used for the Glory of Love. The key of E has three distinct sections. It opens with a blues piano sound and then moves into a more country atmosphere. It ends with a series of bass licks.
There are many challenges to master. Each is taught phrase by phrase and played slowly on a split-screen. A PDF file is included with the tab/music instructional booklet.
