Considered as the most important facing the masters and practiced both by the new students for the most experienced, these movements are related forms. It is a kind of combination of lines offensive and defensive elements of it is how Kung Fu Chan, the first step in acquiring other skills that allow us to feel the different energy, the chi, the power of the Arts of Shaolin warrior.
