Session 1. An excerpt of the Mahabharata, Vedanta philosophy and Lord Krishna can be found in the overview of the Bhagavad Gita.
The second session is Session 2. Chapters 1 to 6 are about the concepts of karma and dharma yoga.
Session 3 is over. The concepts of karma and Bhakti yoga are explored in Chapters 7 and 12.
Session 4. A focus on the Gunas and the practice of Hatha Yoga is explored in Chapters 13 and 18.
