10 am to 11:30 am. Tuition $67 If there’s one thing I’ve learned in 20 years of using essential oils, it’s their powerful affinity with our respiratory system.

Some essential oils are not indicated for the respiratory system. Some are amazing and have a terrific impact on illness of the lungs, throat and sinuses, others have no impact and still others can be dangerous, especially when used with children.

Respiratory issues usually involve inflammation, infections and a lot of mucus.

I will talk about essential oils that are powerful helpers for a variety of respiratory illnesses due to their expectorant, mucolytic, decongestant, and anti-Inflammatory actions.

Participants will receive a list of essential oils and hydrosols, methods of application and other tools to help assemble their own Respiratory Health Kit at home.

• The respiratory system has an affinity for chemical families.
• Those chemical families have specific essential oils that nourish and support respiratory health.
• The best ways to care for the throat and lungs.
• There are recipes and remedies.

During the training, you will be able to ask Liz questions.

If you can’t attend live, the class will be recorded and you’ll get all the downloads.

When you choose to attend the Live Blending Workshop after the Masterclass, I’ll send you a shopping list of materials and specific instructions on what to bring and what to expect during the live Zoom workshop.

After the morning class, you will have a 90-minute break so you can eat, take a walk, refresh and get your materials ready for the afternoon class.

The Blending Workshop will begin at 1 pm with a special link I will send you.

As well as the materials I recommend, you will have your blend space ready. A detailed list of suggested oils, carriers and containers will be sent to me. We will spend three hours together and make two products that support respiratory health with me guiding you in real time.

It is the best thing to be in the classroom with me. .

I am confident that you can learn how to use essential oils for the respiratory system from the Masterclass alone, but you might like to experience it. There is fun and expanded learning. That happens when people like each other.
